At ATA McMurray Martial Arts, we believe martial arts training should do more than teach kicks, forms, and self-defense. It should help students become more confident, disciplined, respectful, focused, and prepared for life.
Since 1999, we have proudly served the South Hills community by helping children, teens, and adults grow through positive, structured, and high-quality martial arts instruction. Every student begins their journey for a different reason. Some are looking for confidence. Some need better focus. Others want fitness, discipline, self-defense, leadership, or a positive place where they feel supported. Whatever the reason, our instructors are committed to helping each student grow one class at a time.

From ages 4 through adults, our programs are designed to help students succeed both on and off the mat. Students learn martial arts skills while also developing respect, perseverance, self-control, goal-setting, and leadership.
