As part of the Three Rivers Throwdown Weekend, ATA McMurray is proud to host a special 2 ½ hour ATA Xtreme Training Seminar. This unique seminar gives students the rare opportunity to train in multiple exciting areas, with instruction from District & World Champion–level instructors. 

Who Should Attend?
This seminar is open to all ranks and ages 7 & up. Whether you’re a beginner exploring XMA for the first time or an advanced martial artist looking to sharpen your skills, this training is designed to challenge and inspire you. Instructor permission is required.

What Will You Learn?

During the seminar, students will rotate every 30 minutes through five high-energy stations, building well-rounded Creative and Xtreme skills:

• Open Hand & Tricking Skills - Explore dynamic combinations, jumps, and acrobatic techniques.
• Ssahng Jeol Bong (Chux) - Learn creative spins, transitions, and performance-ready combos.
• Jahng Bong (Bo Staff) - Develop speed, precision, and power with ATA’s most dynamic weapon.
• Ssahng Nat (Kamas) - Master sharp, cutting-edge combinations and tricks.
• Gum Do (Sword) - Train in powerful and flowing techniques for your sword performance.
